We will not be bringing the troops home. The Congress will attempt to push for "time limits", but they won't get them. They will not threaten to de-fund the war, because it would be political suicide. In short, nothing has happened.

Democrats seem to be more for the people, rather than filling their pockets, but as we all know anyone can be greedy. It will be a good start for us though.

My guy has been there for 2 years.

I don't have any hope that it will happen soon, but, they will definately end up coming home earlier, then what they would have with the Republicans taking up the house seats.

Not much change right away, we can't leave Iraq now thanks to that idiot Bush. But a feasible plan will be made to get our troops home sooner. I am hopeful for a Democratic prez in 2008 to bring peace and respect back to America.

Hopefully the Dems will institute pressure to make a more effective war strategy manifest. Unfortuanatly, they will most likely snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

A plan will be made to gain the goals of the USA. Instead of staying a failed coarse, we will go to a more successful plan
