GO TO THE ER. YOU COULD BE HAVING A MISCARRIAGE. IF NOT, YOU COULD BE HAVING COMPLICATIONS FROM GYNOCOLIGICAL STANDPOINT, AND NEED EMERGECY HYSTERECTOMY, OR SOME KIND OF SURGICAL INTERVENTION. YOU MAY ALSO NEED BLOOD TRANSFUSION. GO TO ER NOW.

It could be a couple different things. Have you had your tubes tied, because alot of times after a tubal this will begin to occur.
You may also have developed a condition called endometriosious which is build up on your tubes that causes clotting, and eventually it gets bad enough to laser. Painful, but not serious and very common. The cramping that you are feeling is the clots working their way through, the red blood is actually very healthy following blood clots. If any of these conditions continue for long than 7 day then you should probably see you doctor.
Oh my, some of the answers above are alarming!! But not accurate, if you would feel better call your doc, or if you don't have one call the ER, that way you won't be terrified by those uninformed answers.

Theres many things, that could contribute to this.
best bet is emergency department at the hospital, this could be a serious thing. They will do everything they can for you, dont feel silly about going to the ed with this, they'll understand.
But dont worry, worrying can make whatever is wrong worse, try remain calm.
Dont take anything here as advice, you need proper medical attention, need to be examined, possibly even x-ray'd.
Have you taken anything?
Have you had any kind of accident?
What other symptoms have you been having?

It sounds like you could have a fibriod. If you go to your GP and ask about tranexic acid ( I think thats how you spell it) it is also used when people have teeth out to stop the bleeding. Feep your feet up at the minute and don't get in a hot bath. keep well x

Call an ambulance -- go to the hospital immediately!
Any clotting that large should not be ignored.
Good luck!
