I would like to purchase my first home soon. The new homes in my area are very nice but too expensive & sometimes smaller on the inside. The homes that I can afford are older homes (1930's). I truly like the older homes because it has a lot of character and space but normally it needs a lot of repair. My question is, if I am approved for a home loan for a certain amount say $150,000 and I would like to purchase a home for $25,000. Will the bank allow me to use the additional money that I was approved for for home improvements? How does that work? Thanks.

he is facin right on the left side of the stamp with his birth and death year underneath him 1801-1889 i found an identical stamp that was postmarked 1853 and did other research to find out that the stamp was in fact from 1853.

I have word on my computer, and i came installed when i bought it, but everytime i go on it... it askes me for the 25 character product key on the back of the CD case od my Certificate of Authenticity... but I never bought the program so i don't have that... it came installed, I don't understand!

Ex-Muslims are facinating.

While Muslims have the highest illiteracy rates in the world, and (despite massive oil wealth) the highest abject poverty rates in the world (see UNDP Mid East Report), Ex-Muslims are some of the most intelligent and brave people in the world.

The reason isnt so hard to understand. You see, for people in free or non-islamic cultures, you can leave your religion, and at worse have to endure only an occasional nagging from your mother.

In Islamic culture, its totally different. Youre guarenteed, 99.999% of the time, to lose "all" your family. This is no exagerration, at all. Now, before a few of you get any racist ideas, understand, this is entirely due to Islamic doctrines, and has nothing to do with race.

Its not that arabs, or any of the few racial demoniations in Islam, have turned off natural paternal instincts that even animals have, its that Islam programs them in such ways.

The Islamic scripture tells Muslims to reject & kill apostates.

I have been planting an avacado tree over seven years already, but it never produce any fruit from the very beginning. I don't know why?

alot of people think they know what gothic is, but many or should i say most of them are wrong. there is nothing evil or agaisnt god by being gothic. anymore if you ask any ture 'goth' person they will tell you goth is what you make it. i know many gothic people and they are all different, they don't belive the same thing, well some of them do. many of them good to church and pary to god, and some don't. but i bet none of them are what you think. people more then less of the time say some one is bad just by what that person looks like, that isn't fair. so what ever happened to being free?

If you like coasters, it is one of the best. soooo many to choose from. don't ride myself anymore(get sick headaches) but many places are hard pressed to compare for the size of the place. would like a comparision from someone who has been there and other well-known parks.

Okay I'm not fat or even chubby. I'm actually kinda thin for my age. But anyways not that long ago I was like a 2 in jouniers (sp?) now I'm a five? ok in sept i had a miscarriage and i stoped bleeding on sept 10 as of today i have not got my period a couple days ago i started spotting one day and one day no so i went to the docotor today and he check me out and wants me to go get a ultrasound and blood test done then he said he well talk to me about whats going on but he needs to see the test that i need to do so i was just looking at my paper work for the ultrasound and i read that is says that i need to get the ultrasound done because of an enlarged uterus and now i am wondering what cause this my next appt is not tell nov 14 so i was wonder if anyone know what cause this thank you
