He was looking for something else..........he was on the radio..u-turns arent that important........he knew her.......end of the end month, had to have quota of speeders, wasn't payng attention............he knew her..........u-turns arent that important...................had another call

He probably wasn't paying attention, either talking or listening to the police radio, or doing paperwork from a previous pulling over, or looking for something else, like drug dealers. Or maybe eating donuts.

That woman is pretty lucky, because the police are always trying to catch more moving violations to bring in more money from fines.

The corner itself is shaped like a "U". Thus the woman still made a U-turn, but she did not go back the way she came. She's just following the road.

obviously he was doing his nails and putting on lip gloss but he accidently dropped his contacts so he was looking for them while the woman did the u-turn and then he jumped over a rainbow saw a little leprechaun doing a little dance, making a little love, GET DOWN DA NIGHT!!!!

I used to say this one so the woman wasn't givin a ticket because she wasn't driving she was walking hence no penalty for turning around when your walikng. we all asume that she is driving

the police officer was the woman. you mentioned a police man, when it is usually one word and we assume the officer would be male.

she did not get arrested because there wasn't a sign that said u couldn't, so it was the city's fault
