I had to break my apartment lease due to relocation. My lease ends on 1/31/07 and I need to be out by 11/01/06. I have 30 days notice and advised that they can use my security deposit for the re-renting fee (as stated in the lease extension) of $550. No where does it say that I would also be responsible for the remaining rent on the lease. I know it is NJ law that you may be held responsible but I thought because the extension specifically stated "If you break the lease before the end date, you will be charged $550 for re-renting and refurbushing fees" Doesn't that mean that I would not owe anymore but the $550?

I work in retail, and I have a frequent customer who says that he gives free Bible classes in a room he rents at a local library. However, I've heard him make derogatory remarks about gays. (He calls them queers.) Also, he claims to be against interracial dating, but he is a white man who often flirts with my black co-workers. And not only that, but he'll sometimes wear his sunglasses (even at night), because he thinks that women then won't be able to tell that he's ogling them, but it's so obvious. (Isn't lust one of the seven deadly sins?) He's a judgmental, hypocritical old pervert who claims to be a Christian. Didn't Christ say, "He who has not sinned shall cast the first stone"?

Okay so heres a little riddle type thing. I let you have a go and i'll post up the answer later. enjoy!

Say for this test only, you could make an object move 90% the speed of light (0.9c) in a laboratory. And your lab is a high/wide/long as you want.

The only equipment you may have includes:
- the object (ie stick/ball/book etc) whose max speed can reach 0.9c in this test
- a 4 walled room (of your choice of size)
- a light source ( ie lamp)

How can you make SOMETHING ELSE move faster than the speed of light by moving only the object?

I have been dating this girl, we spend most of our time together but I am worried about her true feelings. She tells me at least 10-15 times a day she loves me. She wears a necklas with my last name around her neck, a braclet around her ankle with my first name, and a ring on her wedding finger becuase I bought it for her and she wants to get married but I have yet to propose to her. She never calls me during the week so I went to see her twice last week as a suprise to try and catch her doing something wrong and she was always alone and still wearing everything( rings necklas braclet etc). Last weekend was her birthday we spent it together we had a great time. She walked me out to my truck at 3am in shorts and a t-shirt even know it was freezing she waiting until I left to go back inside. Now it is wensday and she hadn't called yet. Is she not calling in hope I will make another suprise visit? or Is there something I missed like a sign she wasn't happy? Or am I just being worried?

Ive asked a question today and been labelled a HOME WRECKER is that me??

Ive been dating a man who is marriage, him and his wife seperated 3 mths ago they are selling there house, she moved out a while ago and has a new man. Apparently my date ended the relationship as he doesnt want to be with her anymore they are still friends and he hasnt mentioned a divorce and I dont want to pry! Hes very keen on me and I havent had sex with him we are just dating is this wrong??? He sounds as if he wants a relationship with me, hes coming to stay with me in a few weeks and has hinted about going away for Xmas.

These are on every large bottle I buy (this is Michigan, USA) whether it's milk, orange juice, apple juice, lemonade...

The round indents are right in the middle of one or two of the sides, about 3 inch diameter, but indents in diffent bottles very in depth from zero to one inch. Cross section: \___/ (cone sides with flat base).

I've wanted to know for ages and I can't think of a good reason for them - I thought initailly to do with manufacturing process of the bottle... but there would be better ways to add stiffness, and does not explain the varying depths.

There must have a good answer!

My girlfrend cheated on me about 6 months ago, i found out and a lot of my friends new about it. I dumped her on the spot. But a couple of months down the line i got back with her. Thing is i have realised i will never forgive for what she did and dont think it will work, she has been working hard to gain my trust back and she has faith we will get married one day. But she did me wrong by cheating on me, how do i let her go by not hurting her feelings, how do i let her know that i still love her but i have to let her go. Do you think im wrong for raising her hopes and then deciding to leave her?
