i believe that our dreams come from our subconscience.....trying to warn us of something or to help us do things, get over things, how to cope, deal, learn.....it all comes from within.....usually things we don't want to actually accept when we are awake!!!

Hmmmm dreams....
The mind is quite a contraption - Not uncommon is it for us to dream of images, sounds, sensations we have assimilated over the course of the day,
but,
nor is it terribly uncommon for us to expand beyond our physical realm and experience things we have no knowledge of.....
While there is no proof that we travel in our sleep, nor is there evidence that we do not.
I would encourage you to explore the science behind sleep - you are guaranteed to wander across some fascinating insight as soon as you familiarize yourself with the various states of consciousness...
Your brain ranges from high-frequency beta rhythms while you are awake and alert all the way down through alpha (light meditative) into theta (just falling asleep, ideas drift, solutions appear, disappear) down to delta (very slow rhythms, deep sleep).
That theta neverland is considered prime time for OOBs (out of body), and a nice delta rhythm with theta spikes is your best time to actively participate in your dreaming (lucid dreaming).
While to many these deeper states of consciousness are far detached from our normal waking consciousness, and frequently too foreign to be understood, it should be noted that with practice, one can carry their conscious awareness down with them into these less familiar states...
So I am saying - working to increase your familiarity with the various strata of your sleeping/waking mind will help you gain a lot of insight into the complex process that is your mind...
Give it a try? Here's an interesting place to start - Google "binaural beats" and familiarize yourself with where research stands today...

i think that every dream has a meaning behind it..whether it be a small one or one that could change your life...these types of dreams are controlled by your subconscious...so i truly believe that our subconscious controls and forms them

Dreams are from our subconscious minds, triggered by daily experience, media effects and actual events, reviewed our inner fear, desire.
