Hey I was wondering how many calories I should try to eat a day. I am 5'6 146 pounds, im fairly muscular and active but I would like to become slimmer. I have recently been tracking my calories and they are about 2400 a day. I have gym and I run every day as well. I dont want to eat too few calories to slow my metabolism down,, Help?

I have a 24 inch waist (0 or 00) but I have a butt too. Where can I find jeans that would fit my waist but not flatten my butt?

I've tried American Eagle, Gap, Express, NY&Co... but they don't work.

I am a stay at home mom to a 3 and 5 year old. My husband travels frequently for business and my marriage is pretty much dead. When my husband comes home I'm sad to see him. I've never even considered cheating until the last month and I still don't agree with it. However, I've met a man who I really care about which has made all of these feelings about my husband surface again. I guess my question is do I stay in a marriage for financial security & for the kids, or do I leave him and be true to myself? I no longer love him and don't think I ever did. I feel bad and don't want to hurt him, I am terribly confused!

Two times now, I've returned to my office to see my computer sitting at the boot screen telling me that I've inserted an invalid system disk (or that nvldr is missing if there's no disk in the drive). Last time this happened I eventually figured out that the bios had somehow changed the boot order of my hard drives and switching them back solved the problem. Only for it to happen again.

It's only happening when I'm not using the PC (downloads and email still running).

I've got an AMD 3200+ withd 2gb of ram (DDR400) and an Asus 6600GT. I've just added 1gb of ram, but I matched the manufacturer, speed, size and everything else, and it seems unlikely to be causing the problem.

Any thoughts?

i love making new friends and in person its gr8 but on line...i don't know. i just don't trust people as much. i get worried about who i'm getting myself involved with and whether or not they're really who they say they are. i see answers and questions that seem like they come from the sweetest people and i'd give anything to meet them, but i don't know who they really are!! how can i trust them?? i'm afraid that i might ending up becoming friends with the wrong type of people. but if i trust no one, then i may pass up the chance of making some amazing friends!! If my last period was March 31, 2007 when is my due date and when was the baby conceived?. The doctor first told me Jan 5, 2007 that the baby due. Then they moved it to Jan 15, 2007. Can anybody help me out?

lately since the economy has been goin downhill, so has my dads buisness. hes a master plumber and hes been doin this work for about 30 years. we live out in the country and live about 30 min. away from town which makes gas cost for us sky high. for our buisness we rely on getting calls, etc, and lately they havent beem coming in and we dont know wat to do nothin is getting better, we're sellin our house and wanting to move out of state, but we dont know if thatll make things better, we're really tight on money, we cant even afford twenty dollars for my school lunch and highschool football game/dance. if anyone has any mind of financial advice for our situation, i would grealty appreciate it and if not just pray for us, we really need any kind of help we can get.

Am I wrong for not wanting to invite my Mother to my wedding because she is a stinking drunk. The last time we at a party was a Family reunion and she got so drunk sge started to take her clothes off and would have been completly naked if we didn't stop her. At a Block party a few years ago she got drunk on Malt Liquor and we found her in the Garage peforming Oral sex on our Neighbor. She has been like this since I was a kid and my father Died in Vietnam. It's a big day and I don't want her to ruin it by taking her clothes off or trying to blow the minister. What should I do?
