Congratulations,
I just used a due date calculator on line and these are the results;
Estimated date of conception: April 14th 2006
Estimated due date: January 5th 2007
Estimated fetal age: 28 weeks and 6 days
This is just a calculator that uses you LMP
If they moved it to January 15th is that after a ultrasound? If you got this date from the 18 weeks or earlier scan I would go by the scan, after 18 weeks your baby grows at a different rate so its harder to tell an accurate date. If it is from a more recent scan then your better off going by your LMP. Give or take a few days but 10 days are a long time as if they use that day it could be letting you got a long time after your due date if bub doesn't come on time. Where did they get the 15th of Jan from? is it the size of your belly or what?

I say if your period started on march 31 Then your due date should be Jan 6 or 7th remember if you don't know what day you conceived it is hard to predict an accurate date because they go by measuring your baby and of course your last period it is an approximation. the way my doctor told me is take the first day of your last period subtract 3 months and add 7 days. Also keep in mind 60% of all babies aren't born on the due date hope I helped good luck and congrats on your. also thr reason they change your due date as they have done to me three times I am now 35 weeks is because of the size of your baby and the measurements

Your baby probably was not measuring big enough to be due on Jan 5, so they moved it back to Jan. 15 Your doctor knows best!

If they moved the date it was probably because the baby or your uterus was not growing as it should be... Go to a due date calculator in the search engine and type in the first day of your last missed period. It should come up with how far along you are.

The doctors are refining their estimates of what your due date is. The date of your last period gives a doctor the general timeframe of when you got pregnant, and by measuring the baby as it grows during pregnancy they can get a better idea of your due date.

traditionally, you count number 40 weeks out of your very last menstration with the intention to ensure out your anticipated delivery date. Your healthcare professional might want to regulate the EDD after having an ultrasound. A "favourite" due date might want to be off by technique of as a lot as 2 weeks both course (presented there aren't any issues), so it is seen healthful in case you provide any time between 38 and 40 2 weeks gestation. Your EDD, depending on the date you gave, might want to positioned you round DEC. twenty 9th, 2006. communicate consisting of your ob/gyn.... they'll be ready to furnish you a extra precise date- in basic terms bear in mind that due dates are literally not definite... a touch one has this is personal timing.

Did they moved your due date back after doing an ultrasound? Remember most woemn dont know exactly when they conceived specially if they are sexual active and not being impregnanted on a one night stand type thing. Try going to this website. It's my favorite
