I work for a company that sells grills. We had a customer buy a $1000 grill and return it 3 times because it wouldnt heat past 300 degrees according to the customer. I made an offer on the grill. It doesnt realy make sense to me a gas grill wouldnt put out more then 300 degrees of heat. If i buy this grill (at a significant discount) is there a way to fix this? We repaired it twice through the manufacturer. Im certain they wouldve checked the thermostat, but this realy makes me want to try out this grill. Any suggestions?

in about a year im going off to college to major in business.
should i open a doggy day care .. or a non-kill animal shelter?
ive always wanted to open an animal shelter but can i make a decent living on it? i mean its not really about the money, i just wanna make enough to survive on. or maybe i could do both and have a doggy day care AT the shelter.
i dont know.

and how would i go about doing this? and what classes should i take once i start college? *if this helps* i wanna go to North Carolina State University, and plan on opening up a business.

I'm not hating lesbians or bisexuals, so please don't reply as if I'm am. If this is really who you feel your are and live this lifestyle more power to you, I'm not trying to bash anyone's sexual orientation, but seems like it's becoming a trendy thing to do with the younger women now-a-days. I say this is because a lot of my younger female friends and just or younger females in general seem to get with other females not because they really want to but because everyone else is doing it or to please their man and just show how freaky they can be. I say to each their own, but I'm a hetrosexual female and I couldn't phathom being with another woman sexually, so I can't see ever compromising myself to follow a trend or to please someone else. What's funny to me too is that they think there is something wrong that I only like men. I've had many discussion with them on this and I'm just trying to figure out what's going on with this. So what do you all think?

I bleached my hair today with Feria Bleach Kit, my roots turned out perfect, but the lengths of my hair are brassy yellow....so, I bleached again, and it doesn't look much better! Should I bleach again, or would a toner get rid of the brassiness? What can I do???
