The months of the year all have Roman origins yet the days of the week are all named after Anglo Saxon, Danish or Germanic deities...(with the single exception of Saturday). Why aren't the days of the week named after Roman gods or Goddesses too? Why are one lot Roman and the other North European? Why not ALL Roman or all North European? Why the mix?

To reject this truth or to treat it as “one theory among others” is to deliberately embrace scientific ignorance and transmit such ignorance to our children. We believe that among God’s good gifts are human minds capable of critical thought and that the failure to fully employ this gift is a rejection of the will of our Creator. To argue that God’s loving plan of salvation for humanity precludes the full employment of the God-given faculty of reason is to attempt to limit God, an act of hubris. We urge school board members to preserve the integrity of the science curriculum by affirming the teaching of the theory of evolution as a core component of human knowledge. We ask that science remain science and that religion remain religion, two very different, but complementary, forms of truth

I cannot stand it when adults and teenagers, especially teenagers get so arrogant about an age. Once they are in 7th grade they talk so condescending to the 6th graders. The 10th grade acts condescending towards the 9th graders. I don't know how many times I have heard a 11th grader say, "aww look they are so small," even though they are like 1 inch shorter. Then adults, they act like the are so much wiser. Is

I have tried many kind of shampoos because I have oily hair but nothing worked,I tried Pantene,herbal essences,dove,vivie pro,and many other shampoos.Now I bought a shampoo 99cent and I think is the best of all other shampoos.My hair feels so clear,volumizing,non greasy.But I`m affraid can it damage my hair if it costs just 99 cent?If not I will use it always.It is from nettles and I have to comb just ones because all day my hair is so beautiful like I comb every 5 minutes.
