first, i need professional help. i am currently at gauge 12. can i use a taper and slide it up to a 4g? i saw a video in youtube wherein a guy used his tapers to stretch instantly his ears. is that safe? or will doing it that way, cause my ears to not gauge down even if i remove my plugs for a long period of time? i cant help being impatient cause ive read a lot and it seems that it is safe to do it that way, but i need opinions. thanks

ok i want yinz honest opinions... who do you think would win a fight between the following in a free-for-all match and why? the late julia childs, chef prudumme (sp), wolfgang puck, emeril, malto mario (the big bearded guy on the food channel), rachel ray, mr food, the frugal gourmet, nigella lawson, and that blodne lady on the food channel--i forget her name. im sure there are others but im just going with the ones i see on television.

Okay, I just have a statement, that sometimes I feel racist for thinking/saying. Do you find it a little nerveracking that the Islamic Koran says, that all non-belivers, must be gone, or something like that. I don't remember. I mean, I have a Muslim friend (persian), and she is reallly nice. So, am I racist? I have also noticed, that she and I haven't been hanging out a lot. Maybe becuase my BFF is hindu. And she hates hindus? I am russian orthodox, and very confused.

I hardly ever visit my family, they drive me up the wall. They always have advice on how I should raise my kids and whenever I am around them I feel uneasy. But when I go over to my husband's parents house I feel more at ease. I can be myself, they are more like me than my own family. Has anyone else experienced this? I feel like this is awful of me. I just don't get along with my parents very well. I never have. I just wanted to know if this has happened in anyone elses marriages.

As a former Catholic, I (as does everyone) have the right to express their opinion. First of all, if you are going to come forward in defense of Christianity, you do not retract by apologizing. The idea is either not to say anything publicly, and pray about the situation and leave it to God's hands, or if you are going to come forward, you need to be prepared for rebuttal, be it severe or mild to moderate. This is not a disrespect to "Catholics". I believe this to apply to everyone who does not think before they speak. To voice a respectable opinion is everyone's right. But to put yourself in a seat of judgement and then back off when you realize you were offensive is not only morally irresponsible, it is downright wrong especially being in the position of authority representing as many Christians as the Pope does. He should be publicly reprimanded by all Catholics and Christians alike for his inappropriate conduct, and for (what I believe) was playing God.
