I'm just fed up with how Sprint treats their customers like if they don't know what they are talking about when they have a complaint or a problem. Any suggestions on which Cellprovider is good would be appreciated. Thank you & have a good day.

Verizon.

i've used at&t, tmObil, and Cingular before and i found VERIZON to be the most reliable. ever since i switched, i love it. places where i couldn't get reception before... it's not a problem now. it is a bit more expensive then other wireless carriers but I think it's worth it. especially because no other carriers provide me with reception at my own house except Verizon. i've went up to mountains and no one else would have reception cept Verizon.

They're customer service is great, at least.. the one lady i talked to was great. she was super super nice and helpful. we talked for almost 20 mins and she was patient all the way. They build great PERSONAL INTEREST in their customers.

Can you hear me now. ? =)

I have sprint, and i love it, even with the occasional OMG WHY IS MY BILL 200$ OVER! It treats me pretty good. If i had to switch to a different company i would pick cingular. It really does raise the bar. There are some areas in my school that get no service yet cingular customers are texting away. Honestly you just need to go to the home stores and check them out. It slike buying a car your not going to buy the car without looking at the history.

I have had Sprint, Alltel, and Verizon. I think that it depends on where you live and how often you use your phone. Verizon is good everywhere and I am still with Verizon. Sprint is good in some places and the plans can be good but it doesn't work everywhere. Alltel is good in some places and has good service plans but doesn't work everywhere. So overall Verizon is the best.

They all stink! It just depends on where you live which one is better than the others. My old cell phone didn't work at my house which was T-mobile, I switched to Nextel and it works perfectly. So it really depends on the locations you will be using the phone the most - find out if your new carrier has a trial period for the phone.

It depends. Verizon and T-mobile have the best customer service. T-Mobile 4 years in a row. But their network is bad, but being worked on. Veriozn is the way to go, Last year they tied with T-mObile for best customer service, and their network is good.

Congratulations!!!
You've taken the necessary first step to obtaining better cellular service.
If you live in close proximity to a major metropolitan I would say go with Verizon followed by T Mobile then Cingular.

I had Sprint and Nextel before it became the same thing and they both sucked in many ways. I have T-Mobil now and they're pretty good. I hear Verizon is not bad either.

I've had Cingular and am very happy with them. They are the only ones that have rollover minutes which are great if you talk a bunch or if you use your cell as your main phone source.

Cingular has a pretty good rep. I was with T-mobile, but left them for poor service...now I have Cingular and am happy.

Not sure where you're located, but Alltell is a good company. I've had them for over a year and never had one issue.
