I can usually maneuver the bra straps without drawing attention to myself, I'll usually have to excuse myself or suffer through a wedgie. I find wedgies more annoying. No one likes a picker!

I agree with the others that said wedgie because it's easier to pull up a loose bra strap in public. A wedgie you have to wait until no one is looking...LOL

Wedgie probably... because you can't always fix it...
although, loose bra straps... are annoying as hell...
