hi friends or readers i have been left alone by my girlfriend should say ex girl now i am not able to take her out of my thoughts, we have spend enough time with each other for ten years now every place i go i recollect all the thoughts
the thoughts of her are tearing am apart and not able to concentrate on my work and my performance have shown a decline and i hate that
now that i am trying to look out for better things in life on a positive node but all of a sudden i am in her thoughts and i end up messing up the whole thing
ami dipressed or is it just a natural reaction ?
the insidence happen about 3 months ago .

My brother in law sells Amway vitamins and has become totally obsessed (brainwashed if you ask me) with the whole vitamin fad. I eat really well so I feel I don't need to take vitamin supplements. When I do, I end up peeing them out and therefore I must be getting my daily nutients in what I eat. He says that even though I eat well I still need to take supplements. I don't agree. Also, he went on about natural vs. synthetic vitamins. Really, even natural vitamins have been processed!! What's the scoop on all the vitamin hoopla anyway???

I have just started to direct knitwear fashion shoots for a magazine including front covers but there is a conflicting opinion with my colleagues about whether the models should be smiling when they pose. Some think it looks a bit more sophisticated if they don't and that smiles are cheesy, but others think that a smile is friendly and that not smiling is cold. This is both a craft and a fashion magazine so what do you think is best and what kind of look would make you pick a magazine off a shelf?

Like seriously, why are they so afraid of things, of sinning, of being judged, it's starting to really annoy me. Have a little damn confidence in yourself and make a decision based on want, not whether God might forgive you or not. Your human, he knows ur gonna make mistakes, dumba$$.
