what can i do to make my lap top run faster?

i have a sony vaio running at 2ghz with 512 mgz of ram, short of installing more ram, ive looked at "msconfig" and most stuff is already off but for some reason i cant watch a video on wmp without lag... plz hlp!

What can I cover my windows with to keep heat out?

Double panelled curtains have not done it, and a thick shower curtain have kept it darker, but the sun still warms up my room.

Why is Supernatural so dark?

Why do they make every episode of Supernatural so dark? Not dark, as in erie, I mean the screen is so dark! It's always bluish black. Did you notice? Why do you think that is?

My next door neighbor has a son that is 30 years old and still lives at home with his mom.... He is so cute.?

He is only 15 years older than me. That is not a lot, right. Anyway he said that he wants to take me out sometime. But, he said that it was a dating ritual that the girl has to touch the guys thing before they go out cause the guy is spending money on her. Is this a real ritual or is he just pulling my leg? And if I touch his thing how much money does he have to spend on me?

Who is your favorite author and why?

My favorite author is James Patterson. I love his Alex Cross books, and I've recently started to read his series, The Women's Murder Club. I also really like Nicholas Sparks, I just started reading his novel "Bend at the Road" yesterday.

they are non-identical twins... we don't know the sex yet but we are picking names. we only have one name picked out for each sex... because we weren't expecting to get more than one baby!

can you fall pregnant without having periods?

i am 21, i have one child who is now one, after having my daughter i have not had a period since, me and my husband would love to have more children, but are worried because i dont know if you can conceive or ovulate without having a period, i have been to my doctors but he could not give me a straight answer, so i want to know if anyone else has ever had this and fallin pregnant, or anyone knows anything about it! any information would be appreciated!
