hi i had a missed miscarrige at 19w5d on the 5th april since then i am having realy bad axiety attacks that can leave a complete nervous and worrying wreck for days at a time
constanty thinking that something is going t happen to me my son or people around me(dying) and latley a feeling that im going to snap and lose it yet some days im fine.i can still work and fuction properly when i have these eposodes just all the nevous thoughts stay in the back of my head
has anyone suffered with anything like this after a miscarriage and how did you get through it

and someone suggested LED bulbs, which I've not seen before for domestic use - I've only seen compact flourescent (energy savers) and ordinary incandescent bulbs. Anyone used the LED ones? are they good?
