eBay is a game of TRUST. So go to the post office and send item. Ask for a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, then use the Contact Buyer feature that number. Be sure to use Positive Feedback right away to thank the buyer for buying your item, and that he/she was fast at paying.
When the buyer gets the item in good shape, you trust them to give you positive feedback. This feedback system is how everyone learns to trust each other.

It depends on the sale $$ of the item. If it is high dollar, don't fool with delivery confirmation, go straight for the signature confirmation and insurance. DC is really a joke, but Paypal accepts it as proof. It sometimes won't tell you anything about where the package is though. If the item is low enough and not frequently scammed (like games, movies, or music) I sometimes don't even bother with DC as I have only had 3 packages lost in hundreds sent.

Go to the post office and ship the item with delivery confirmation (it costs less than $1) that way if needed you can provide the tracking # to eBay.

Yes, they have paid so you now can ship the item. ALWAYS get a Delivery Confirmation when shipping something. It'll have a tracking number that will prove that the item arrived.

When You send the item they will give you your receipt that should have a tracking number on it. All you have to do is call a number and give them the tracking number. Or you can send it certified mail where they have to sign for it to receive it. The certified mail would be your best way on going.
