I remained at home, swam in my pool and had cookouts with friends and family, took a nap when I wanted, read all sorts of books, did no house work (well the minimum) and had no list of "things I must do"

Not yet. I wish. Unless you count going to my brother's house in another town in the same state you live in a vacation, that's it.

Technically, no but essentially, yes. I am retired, did not go anywhere but's like being on vacation all of the time.

No, and unfortunately there is none in the planning for this year. The schedule of work has just been to busy this year. Perhaps next year.

NO! I've always hated vacations! Too much crap you gotta do in order to get there and besides that, it messes up my daily routine! I've always hated changes!

YES AND I HATED IT! I never wanna go to syria AGAIN! It sux. I wanted to go back to germany or even to austria but my parents thout this will be a new experience... and it sure was... and i never wanna live thru that experience again
