I've had pain in my right side, and it seems to be linked to when I have caffiene (coffee on an empty stomach in the morning), or something more intestinal. I'm not on my period, so it's not that. If anyone has any ideas, let me know. It's happened more than once. Thanks.

After falling on to my left shoulder and having it put back into place. How long does it take it heal?

And what can I do to ease the discomfort? Besides painkillers which have never helped in the past. As they just make me really sleepy.

people with jobs: what happens after i am hired?

i just got hired by a small privately owned printing business. what's the next step? do i get a weekly check or do i get paid in cash? do i need to provide ssn card, ssn number, birth certificate, photo ID, H.S. diploma, transcript. do i have more paperwork to complete? will my employment record be kept in the social security administration database?

can someone please fill me in on the next administrative process? i don't want to look stupid in front of the boss and just be prepared for whatever he asks me to provide.

Why can't news agencies get the spelling of major news makers right?

I have read many news reports of the mideast conflict and I have been wondering why some people spell Hezbolla in many variations such as Hizbolla, Hizbulla, Hezbollah, etc... It's reminicient of post 9/11 when we saw Osama Bin Laden, Usama Bin Laden, Ben Laden... etc... Is there a consensus? Are there editors who proof these stories? Is there a conspiracy to keep people confused?

Why do so many women expect to find committed relationships from casual sex web sites?

There are a number of web sites out there that are for the primary purpose of people meeting for casual sex and non-committed intimate encounters. The names and the descriptions of the web sites clearly state this. Yet, there are so many women who in their profile state that they are looking for committed long term relationships, the love of their life, marriage and children, and the list goes on. If that's the case, then why are they on a web site that is specifically designated for casual sex? Why don't they join the infinite number of other web sites that are designed for more serious and committed long-term relationships?

You don't go to a shellfish shop to look for kosher food. So why go on a casual sex personals web site to look for serious and committed long-term relationships?

How Can I Get A Birth Certificate?

I have tried many times before when I was a teenager. I was a throw-a-way baby with no name or family names. So, I have nothing to go on and can only assume I was born in Chicago. Yes, I went to public school and graduated from high school. I do have a social security card and have been working since college. I'm 49 now and they say I will need one when my times comes to retire. At the vital statistic office - I had no info for them which meant no help from them. The people who raised me gave me a name and they have been deceased since 1983. Not knowing my fam is one thing, but not having a birth certificate is another. Any help and suggestions would be appreciated. BTW, Vital Statistic gave me a little form saying they couldn't find one for me. Wonder can I use that for the rest of my life?
