It's probably just the keyboard. A condition known as key-bounce.Try giving it a gentle hoover - or buy a new one. Just a thought, but do you smoke when you're using the computer, cigarette ash is definitely not good for the keyboard. I should know, I'm a smoker - but not at the computer anymore!
