Who bears the Ultimate responsibility? I certainly have not forgotten 911 or the decades of Muslim extremeism. Nor have I forgotten that OUR gov't left the Taliban in power. Who, in turn, gave safe haven to bin Laden. Nor, have I forgotten that OUR gov't left Sadaam in power in Iraq. Going back even further, how do you think Castro got where he is? I may be getting old but, certainly, NOT SENILE! YAHOOHOO.

Who wants a laugh? Watch this short video about a reporter who is interviewing people with speech defects. Please bear with the first couple of minutes of the video, as it is in a foreign language, until you get to the juicy bits, which need no explanation, and cross all language barriers. It is basically a foreign reporter who cracks up laughing at the sound of his guests' voices.

Ok, of, give me a break already! I never said that this would be politically correct, OK? If you don't want to watch, then don't watch. But for those of you who do, what do you think? I spent many a night laughing at this reporter.

I'm having chicken with rice,
I've chopped up mushrooms very small,melted some butter,and mixed together in bowl with plenty of sage and then seasoned the mixture.
Then I boned chicken thighs and removed the skin, removed any excess fat, then layed out the thighs on slices of parma ham, put some of the mixture on and rolled up the parma ham around the chicken.
Placed in an oven tray, covered with the chicken skin, brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with chicken oxo. I then place them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 45 mins.
I'm serving on a bed of rice with a bit of chicken gravy.
They are in the oven cooking right now and I can't wait, they are absolutely delicious!!!
