Nobody can grow pretty flowers here in the midwest unless you water your plants two to three time a day. I am sure any kind of crops out there are all dead. The summers keep getting hotter and hotter. They say the ozone is closing up and that global warming should not happen. I think it's out of control, from what I've seen. I never saw a summer like this when I was a kid(and I'm not that old, now!) Have our efforts to save the planet backfired?

So I just wanted a serious and intelligent answer to what happened to spelling things properly. The words "dat" and "der" and all that crazy stuff drives me crazy. I can't read half of the questions because I can't understand what these people are trying to say. Forget proper grammer, or hell, grammer period, I could probably get passed that. But can someone please tell me why we have given up on the actualy English language and just gone for "write it how it sounds"?? It's highly irritating and makes people look ignorant!! Who is going to hire someone who can't type "that" or "there" because they think "dat" and "der" is better!?!?

I do not like to eat the peels of anything. Often when people see me peel my apple or leave the skin of my baked potato on my plate they tell me, "Oh, you really ought to eat that, it is where all the vitamins and minerals are."
