Im always amazed at the number who feel that all life came about by mere chance, as evolution claims. When I think about how amazingly diverse and unique each creation is, I figure you can only logically conclude in a creator. But many I have talked to are unwilling to believe in a god, instead willing to believe that everything came about by mere concidence. One thing that amazes me is how we are the perfect distance from the sun, any further and we'd drift into space, any closer and we'd burn up... and yet people are still willing to stake their lives on evolution. Any thoughts?

I'd prefer to have recipes that you've actually tried yourself... I can look one up online any day, but I'd like to know I'm trying something that my peers have successfully prepared and ENJOYED.

Steady murmurs come from the TV.
Anxiety nibbles away at patience.
Nervous twists and squirms.
Desperate housewives spellbound by romance novels.
Wishing it was them wrapped in the arms of an exotic chap.
Steady ticks echo from the clock, counting the minutes away.
As the ‘Oldies’ chatter away about their exhilarating retired lives.
The distant nasal call of a doctor rings through-out the room.
All color drains from my face as I am finally I’m called.
Suddenly the rhythmic sounds of the room shatter with a deafening scream coming from the operation room.
Urgently I’m led down a sterile white-washed hall.
ER personnel are on their haunches ready to launch at any given moment.
For what, I do not know.
Frantic yells ring through the walls.
Bringing new meaning to ‘if walls could talk‘.
All at once I find myself overcome with thought.

I recently found out that my significant other has been smoking pot for over 20 years. One joint lasts him for 2 days since he only takes a few puffs a few times a day. I've never been around anyone who did drugs or anything like that so I am very concerned. He swears he isn't addicted but he has adhd and it helps calm him down and I should not worry about it. But, I still feel it is wrong and I worry about his health even though I see no difference in him when he does it and when he doesn't. He is the same all the time except maybe more loving/sexual when he takes a few puffs but no major changes in his actions. Am I wrong to nag at him for smoking pot or is it ok for him to do so?

Now before you answer think about the fact that there is no mention in what you call the Old Testament about a Second coming. Also keep in mind Jesus in his first coming did not complete the prophecies the Messiah was supposed to I.E universal world peace, Universal acceptance of G-d etc...

So on that rationale you cannot rule out multiple comings and what prophecy will be fulfilled on which coming.
