I was terminated from a position over a month ago and, have had no luck finding a new job even though I have been on several interviews. I am an HR Professional and have over 7 years generalist experience and a degree, so I know I am qualified. I am pretty sure the fact that I was terminated from my last job is what is preventing me from finding something new. Should I not tell prospective employers that I was terminated? I know my former employer will not give reasons why a person is no longer with the company when contacted for employment references and, I was not let go for anything major - my employer fired me for telling an employee we were trying to "save" that his manager was really impressed with his work and felt he was an asset to the team. This was deemed a breach of confidentiality even though the manager told me this in a social setting not in confidence. I know that it is unethical to lie on an application but, I'm feeling a bit desperate here. Any thoughts?

What's the term used for the following?
When you decide to eat a different meal instead of your usual, or go to work on a different route to your usual, just to get a different perpective on things, to get different stimuli, to do things you wouldn't normally do, to see things differently.
Above are just examples. Is there a term or saying/phrase for doing it?

Me and my fiancée have been together for years, have kids toghether, thought that we were always meant to be..then it turns out that he´s fallen for some girl at work(don´t know how long this has been going on), apparently nothing has happened in terms of kissing and so on, but still, just the idea of him "looking" for something else when I thought we had "it all"..he says he is NOT in love with her(even though i´ve seen e-mails sent to her stating this) but i just can´t believe or trust him anymore...i am a very jealous person, we´ve also always had the "porn-sites" issue, him looking saying it doesn´t mean anything..which I think it does, i feel that it´s a comparison and what "normal" person could live up to those standards? Anyone been in my situation?

You might have heard something unintelligiblly sounding like this:
Oh, it is a boy! Hurray! Gouchee, gouchee … you little rashcal, you are a little rashcal aren’t you!
Or
Oh, it is girl! God bless! Coupee, coupee .. you little shometing, shomething!

Am I tickling you? , No … of course not, you are a grown up now. I should not be doing this, I know.

But, how did you find out first whether you are a male boy, or a lady girl?
How and when did you know?
Would you like to share with us a picture of yours when you very being baby you?

Me? … No, I don’t have no pictures, but fairies told me when I was a cute little boy :)

I am going to "Las Vegas" right now, it's about 4:30 in the morning and I am riding on a "Gold Wing" and loving it! Who can tell me which casino in LV is the best one to gamble at and what's the best way to gamble? Slots, or Table's, or Keno, or Bingo, or WHAT? I am all excited and can't hardly wait to get there!! WISH ME LUCK OK?

It seems that no matter how good the sex is with the woman, there are things you can do with a guy that you can't do with a girl. So the committed relationship means you miss out on half of what sex has to offer.
