I woke up this morning with a terrible head cold! My nose wont stop running and my throat is really sore! I would not mind so much but i have a wedding to go to on saturday and I want to be well for it! What would be the quickest cure??

I've been seeing him for 5 months. I couldn't have sex with him cause I'm just not ready. We finally did it yesterday but I didn't reach the orgasm because he stopped midway and took a break. I thought he was tired from driving and walking in the mall. But when I asked him today while he stopped, he said "Ahh I just like to hug a lot. I'm weird." If he don't like having sex, why did he do it with me, especially to take my virginity away? I just felt pain and felt good only like a minute. I love him so much and I think he loves me too. He's nice and polite and gentle and good at being a boyfriend. But the way he said that, it really hurts my feelings. It was like I just gave away something I can never get back for a person who just wanna hug me. I'm so torn up and felt I made a mistake. I have no one to tell so I hope people here will help me feel better. No insults, please.

for those who believe in no religion, what would a soul be to them?

People say that the soul helps us to feel, to know whats right and wrong, and gives us feelings deep down in the pits of our stomachs sometimes as warnings as in, "Don't trust 'so-and-so'", but, the brain handles most of that. The brain sets off alarms if we shouldn't trust someone, and our animal instinct does too. Yes, I said animal instinct, we all have instincts, referred to as animal instincts. And why would an animal not be able to have a soul if humans can? They feel the same emotions and such, which are the type of tags used to identify a soul. Why are they any different? Because our brains are more complex. Coincidence?

I had a 2 different + ovulation tests on tue morning, I know that this just dectects the LH surge that releases the egg and you can ovulate anything from 12 to 48 hrs after this surge !? I have been taking my temp but not really at the same time so prob wony be accurate, but my temp has still not gone up ! Does this mean that the egg still hasnt been realeased ? Even though the + test was 48 hrs ago now do you think we should still be trying ? I would have thought it would be too late by now !? Also when temp goes up does this mean fertile period is over ? I am now worried I am not actually ovulating and the tests are wrong ! ?

in all the personals i see, girls are always saying they're looking for a guy at least 5'9" or taller.
i'm a guy and i'm 5'7". where does that leave me? okay, so i may be on the short side.
but most girls are shorter than me. i can see how a girl might not want her guy to be shorter than her, but as long as he's at least her height, shouldn't that be good enough?
what's with all these short girls demanding really tall guys?
it really doesn't seem fair to me. i happen to have a great personality and a lot to offer, but because of one trait that is completely out of control, i'm automatically out of the running for many women.

or do women really mean it when they list those height requirements? do you think any women would be willing to make an exception for a guy if everything else is good?

you might say "well, guys pigeonhole girls the same way with weight". but it's not quite the same. weight is something that people have control over by diet and exercise. height is beyond control
