it would be "willst du?"
ex. "willst du ein eis?" (do you want an icecream?)

"du willst" means "you want", but you can't say "du willst ein eis?" - that's grammatically wrong.

The standard question form would be "willst du," as "du willst" is a statement and not a question. However, in many situations where an American would say, "do you want," a German would say "moechtest du" (would you like) rather than "willst du."

but du willst is a normal sentence.

Normal question order is "willst du". "Du willst" means "you want".

(Now and then German grammar is easy for English speakers.)
