I am a 17 year old girl. I'm the strongest girl I know of, with the most common sense of any one of the girls I know my age. This upcoming summer I want to backpack through Europe for two months with a companion {either a friend my age or my 20 year old sister}, are age restrictions going to make this trip unpleasent? I've heard that specialists are now recommending waiting even longer than 6 months to start solids. Has anyone else heard this or have any information to back this up?

Recently, I found out that my uncle has this weird condition where his heart is swollen.
