The decree gave him 30 days to complete the refinance into his name. He has failed to do so (claiming he doesn't qualify due to bad credit) and is not making timely house payments. I'm worried that he is ruining my credit and may file bankruptcy making me responsible for the home that I am not living in. What recourse do I have? Will a judge order him to sell the property if he refuses to refinance? Could I evict him from the home and sell the house?

I would just like help clear up a question that I see about every 10 minutes. If a penis comes anywhere near your vagina you could be pregnant. If you had sex on the 3rd Sunday of the month while the dog was barking next door...you could be pregnant. I do not mean to sound callus, but it is impossible for any of us to tell you if you are pregnant. You have to wait to take a test or go to the Dr. There is always the possibility of pregnancy and I do not want to see anyone misled. The only way to ensure that you are not pregnant is practice abstinence.

I will soon be receiving a job offer and I may need a Physical Exam. I'm kinda nervous...I haven't had one in 5 years. I will most likely go to my own docotor. I'm 22 years old, and I'm worried the doc might do a pelvic exam/pap smear. I don't want a doc touching me there. I live in connecticut. I just graduated from college with a degree in psychology. I have been looking for a job sense May. I been on all the job sites like monster and career builders and the ones for connecticut. I been on like 10 interviews and haven't been hired for none if them. I been applying 2 work at mental hospital, clothing stores, banks, day cares, receptionist for doctors offices, restaurants. I have been looking in my local newspaper. It seems like I am either over qualified of under qualified for every job. There are no entry level jobs you must have experience for everything. I can't do anything with just a bachelors in the field of psychology. I can't get a masters yet cause my undergrad GPA was too low. I just need a job so I can move out of my parents' house and live my own life. What can I do?
