Think of something very joyful which has happened to u before.. Concentrate on the feelings u had at that time.. let the feeling take control of u, then u will feel better!
Think of the bright side of life k? If u are depressed more, u will get old faster also;
Another way: Think there are how many more people who are more unfortunate than u - Those people who are in pain coz of disease; got mistreated; Sacked; Dumped by the loved ones; Insulted; Teased; Raped; Starving; Blind... Etc.. U will feel much more fortunate than them! So u are still in a good condition! Cheer up~~

Think of yourself in a peaceful forest. There is sunshine and birds chirping. You see a clear running stream.You can make out the face of the person you are holding under water. There. Dont you feel better.
