i want to move to europe after grad school where im getting my masters in museum studies and art history. im a citizen of argentina and a permanent resident of the united states. i speak fluent english and spanish and a bit of french. i love languages and would be willing to learn which ever one is necessary.

my choices are portugal, spain, or italy....out of the three ive only been to italy and i loved it!

I have a five month old, he will never sleep more than three hours in a row and has certainly never slept 7 hours in a row. He has not been taking a bottle at night since he was 2 months old so I can't figure out why he will not sleep a full night. It's like all he needs is 3 hours to rested and then he is ready to get up and play again. I do rock him to sleep at night, that seems to be the only way to get him to go to sleep. All of my friends children sleep 7 to 8 hours at night and I would give my left leg to get even 6 hours uninterrupted sleep. Any advice on better sleeping habits?Is there something that I'm not doing causing him to be this way?

It just seems like noone can handle it in any way shape or form be it history or just on a shirt. People say its racist, but if you group the people who fly it into just a bunch of rednecks, are you not as bad as them?

The more people complain about it the more powerful it becomes. It seems people are just putting too much into the symbol and not the people behind it.

If you were to view the universe as a large sphere and were to travel on the inside , it would seem that the there was an infinite amount of space as you traveled along but at some point you would arrive at where you started , though it seemed the path was a straight line. Could it be that what astronomers are seeing ...the galaxies moving ever faster away from each other , is that the whole of the universe is racing back to a starting point and that there is nothing pushing the celestial bodies, only gravity is pulling everything back to a singularity?

I am wrighting a book and I have a part about a evil gopher, but the story is set in Japan and there is a note the main char. makes saying he saw one once in china. since in the Bible it states that forgiveness comes only through Christ that the Catholic church is wrong to believe that you can have forgiveness by paying a penance or asking a Priest instead of Christ. Since this goes against what Christ said, that is why a lot of people think the Catholic Church is "not Christian".

So that we are clear, the Church states that Christ is the one that forgives the sin....the Priest acts 'in persona' of Christ. It actually IS biblical for the priest to act in this capacity.----"As the Father has sent me, even so I send you. . . . Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained" (John 20:21–23).

So, any better reasons why people think that Catholics are not Christians?
