There is a very good chance that you are pregnant and I would suggested talking to your parents as soon as possible. I would also suggest that you stop having sex and get educated on the subject. You're obviously way too young and you're making a horrible mistake in life. If you are going to have sex anyways, always use a condom no matter what.

Oh boy what happened to s*x education. Their is small traces of sperm in what they call pree *** it's like a lubricant to make it nicer. So anytime you put it in yes you can get pregnant. Or worse you can catch diseases that can kill you. So unless you want a baby or something nasty be wise...go to a family planning clinic or your doctor or nurse before you have sex.
