I have 3 extra tickets to a Phillies game today, and I am not sure if I can legally sell these in the parking lot or not. I am not looking for a profit, I'll even settle for much less than face value. I just don't want the tickets to goto waste. Anyone know the law about ticket scalping? How long should I wait? Do I turn the system off for a period of time then try again. We have been having electrical storms and a large portion of the grid went out twice. The AC stopped performing after the first power outtage and the "wait" indicator came on the thermostat. After about 4 hours, I turned the unit back on and it functioned properly, cooling the house. Then the power went out again for several hours. I turned the system off when the power returned and left it off over night, thinking it would come back up in the morning. But, it has since maintained the "Wait" message. Any advice on how to remedy before calling a tech would be most appreciated.

I'm of Puerto Rican decent. Outside of baseball, singers, and acting, there haven't been many notable Puerto Rican men. No Puerto Rican president, billionair, CEO, world renown scientist, etc... However, I do not feel oppressed nor that the world owes me anything. No one has to give their money, job, and/or position to a Puerto Rican just because they may bicker or form a lawsuit. If anyone has wrong a Puerto Rican/Hispanic, they should apologize, not the whole world.

Why are the vast majority of the people on these sites now kids asking stupid, innane, mis-informed, mis-spelled and generaly assinine kid questions.
We need to somehow seperate the questions into different catagories of expertise.
Every time I ask a question or try and answer one I have to wade through 95% of the questions that are directed at grade six students. (or less) Any suggestions?
I'm trying to ask questions like "Could there be a link between the expansion of the universe and the speed of light. In other words, if the expansion is speeding up does the speed of light increase at the same rate even though we couldn't measure it? Since I'm not a physisist I think it's a relevant question.
NOT; Why doesn't anyone like me? No kidding, that was one I ran across. I was tempted (but didn't) to reply; "Because your an idiot!"
