I have 3 extra tickets to a Phillies game today, and I am not sure if I can legally sell these in the parking lot or not. I am not looking for a profit, I'll even settle for much less than face value. I just don't want the tickets to goto waste. Anyone know the law about ticket scalping? (or anyone want to goto a Phillies game today? I got 3 here......)

Lol,...I wouldnt worry about it, just ask around at the game.I been to a ton of sporting events, baseball games, football, basketball, nascar and you see it going on all the time.Especialy if your selling them for the same price dont worry about it .Most the cops at these things turn the other way, they know the team is making millions upon millions as it is..And like i say nothing illegal anyway if you are selling em for face value

Scalping is punishable if the ticket is sold more than the amount printed on it. Your act is not punishable under the law.
