Are you trying to ask about substandard religious education or whether or not you can fail a religion course?

Religion is a matter of opinion, so there isn't really any objective standard of quality that would satisfy everyone.

To earn some kind of theological degree you'd need to be able to accurately write about different religious concepts. If you couldn't be relied on to relate the core principals of religious opinions that weren't your own without misrepresenting or omitting them you would most likely fail a class that required the demonstration of such knowledge.

That's why so many religious leaders go with non academic titles conferred on them by religious authorities or low rent correspondence courses.

Maybe you're looking for the statistics on people who flunk out of collage? What their religions are by proportion. Sorry I couldn't find anything really pertinent if that's the question.
