I don't have panic attacks -- I just have general anxiety. I've been to doctors, and am seeking help, so I am dealing with it. I take meds for it, but sometimes the anxiety is so crushing I can't stand it. It literally overwhelms me. I'm wondering if anyone else deals with the same problem, and what do you do when it gets really bad?

I think it will be exciting as the world cup will move to a new continent. The World Cup has witnessed to some beautiful games produced by African nations such as Cameroon, Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast. It will be a huge boost for African football now that the World Cup is coming to their homaland. It will also be a test for the exisiting super powers such as Brasil, Argentina, Germany, Italy, Engalnd, Holland as they have never played a World Cup game there b4. It will be interesting to see how these countries perform on African soil.I am looking forward to it.

Do you think this Spell stuff is really a chick thing?

You see, I picture women doing the spell stuff and guys doing alchemy,
like tinkering with chemicals and machinery which is what guys do anyways.
Maybe thats sexist?

Did you know that Sr. Isaac Newton was an alchemist?
When ever I see something about Alchemy, Its always a guy

I'm usually really hard on guys when they don't come thru on their word. We've never seen each other (we were hooked up thru friends) so this would have been our first meeting. We have been talking on the phone everyday for about 4 days now. Well he told me he was off work today and that we could catch a movie. When I spoke to him today, he said he had to work for about 2 hours and then he was free.
When we talked afterwards, I mentioned getting together and seeing a movie and he said he didn't feel like a movie, but would come by and see me or I could come see him. I told him no. He said he had a really rough day and just didn't feel up to a movie. I later found out he may have possibly failed a test he had to take at his job. Should I continue giving him a hard time or just let it go?
I'm just used to guys always not coming thru on their word so I am giving him a hard time about not following thru on the movie plans. He said he is off on Tuesday and we would definitely go out then

I am married, 37 and have 2 children. Recently, I have become pregnant, accidentally. Our first two labor and deliverys were agonizing. Both were c-sections, one was an emergency. My daughter suffered a damaged eye. My son was in the NICU for 4 days. Now 11 and 9 they are happy, healthy kids. My husband was very traumatized by these events and vowed after our second child that that was IT. No more kids! So this pregnancy has come as a huge surprise. Although I didn't want any more kids, I feel that we could manage a 3rd. My husband on the other hand is adament about not having a 3rd and has asked me to have an abortion. He feels that the pregnancy and all the worries that go with it (possible birth defects, etc) will put him over the edge. If he goes down we all go down as he puts it. I am confused and could use some advice. I don't think I can go through with an abortion. But I don't want to jeopordize my family either.

My computer has been mercilessly restarting on me all day and for a good portion of last night. I'm running Windows ME (yeah, I know), with a nearly 1 Ghz processor and 256 Megs of RAM. Some of it's most popular methods of restarting seem to be giving me the Blue Screen of Death and saying "Windows protection error, system has been halted, you need to restart your computer" or something to that effect. Sometimes, it freezes up and these odd short green vertical lines will appear across the top of the screen.

Occasionally, it also just flat out restarts on me with no warning whatsoever.

Is this a common problem among ME users? I'm stuck with ME as a system because I bought the comp used and don't have the money to upgrade. What can I do to stabalize this damn thing?
