Freshman in college survival tips?

I'm going to be a freshman in college next year, at a fairly large university. I have the plus side of being a roommate with one of my friends, and about 3 hours from home. Just wondering if anyone has any tips to make my freshman year a bit easier to get through?

I stopped takin my birth control 3 1/2 weeks ago and want to know why i still feel sick....?

i don't vomit i just get tired and feel like i am gettin sick.......i thought maybe it was nerves cause my bf just broke up with me but i have this nasty metal taste in my mouth....can't stand lookin at food when i am not hungry, cause that make me gage.....what could this be? i know my period is suppose to start soon but i am really confused.....its bee spotty but the is a side affect of stopping birth control right?

I discovered this BOOK THAT HOLDS THE ANSWERS TO ALL OF LIFES QUESTIONS, have you read it?

It's called the Encyclopedia Brittanica. There are some really good passages in there about evolution that make a lot of sense.

ok ? for the girls.im head over heels for this girl, i need some advice?

ok...this girl was like all over me...so i asked her out and she said idk maybe..is that a nice way of sayin no? cuz she told all of her friends that she was confused and that she didnt know if she liked me or not..we talk every day..but just not like we used to ..idk y??..she says shes been really busy, and she has , but i have my doubts.....like everyone has been buggin me and her about it...i know i need to give her space and time...and i have..and shes kinda starting to come around agian..but i just need some advice please help

Should girls ever ask guys out?

What's with that old fashioned rule about the guys always having to ask the girls out, not to mention call them? What do you guys think of girls doing this? Is it too forward, I mean do you like it when girls play hard to get? Would it be weird for you if a girl asked you out without really making it seem like they were into you ahead of time? My dad says not too but a lot of people now seem to think that it's ok. so is that just a time period thing? I'm confused. lol. Thanks!!!
