This begs for an even bigger question. If Kansas City gets blown up by terrorists, will that make the Royals suck less than they do now?

It's not like the terrorists couldn't drive a natural gas tanker into new york harbor and blow up 1/4 of NYC. At a point you have to seal the most likely threats, and do your best on the others. I'd think the commerce boost alone would be worth the possible threat.
