I've been trying to go regularly and so far have succeeded and don't really want to miss. Still, I don't want to workout and then have everyone else at the gym sick, nor do I want to get worse.

The pieces are falling into playce for wut could be a better verion of MJ n Pippin with only this time pippin being as good as MJ. The cavs wont win a championship.Shaq is gonna retire in like 3 years. miami is gonna need another big man. Plus wade and lebron are really good friends... I see this being as the best duo in NBA history. Wutz ur opinion.Would this be a good idea? I mean sum ppl would say dat they both demand the ball to much...Well wade has shaq on hes team and wade seems be able to share da ball really good. So does lebron. So im sayin i dunnon sportecenter it says wade talked about his contract to lebron and lebron gave him advice. I feel they got a skeem to up thier sleevs.. Gib me sum opinions?

they are about 2mm long and come out mid afternoon for a few hours. they seem harmless but are so numerous they make sitting in the garden impossible and invade the house if windows are open.

Just looking at some of the questions and answers on this site brings this question to mind; people do not understand the theory of evolution. Just look at this;
1) If an organism evolves into another organism, what does it breed with? Good question since there is such a variety in the number of chromosomes within different species.
[Species evolve, not organisms.]

2) If an organism evolves into another organism, why do the old organisms still exist? (why didn't all monkeys evolve into men?)
[Monkeys did not evolve into men]

3) Scientists have been breeding fruit flies, lab rats, bacteria, etc. for many years -- subjecting them to all sorts of situations to try to force evolutionary changes. They can change some minor traits (coloration, etc.) -- but they still get fruit flies from fruit flies every few days. If evolution was actually happening, there should be some more direct evidence that it is occurring.
[Evolution takes centuries. Evidence is the fossil record and genetics.]

I remember in science class there was a test we did to test our own blood type. Does anyone know of this test? I know I can ask my doctor but I want to find out about the test cause I thought it was stupid at the time but now I know that it would come in handy.

I am 25 years old and active (even when not trying to lose I workout 3-4 days a week). Over the past 2 years a pattern has developed whenever I make a commitment to get in shape and lose weight... I can lose 5 pounds initially but gain it back within a few weeks despite sticking to diet and exercise plan. I do not want to continue this yo-yo cycle, I know it is not good for me.
Some more info. on my weight loss approach thus far:
I go to the gym 5-6 days a week for approx. 90-120 mins a
day. (spinning class, resistance training, treadmill, step
aerobics, pilates, yoga etc.)
I have been on Weight Watchers for 7 weeks consuming 22
points or 1200 calories a day.
Consume 5 servings of vegetables a day.
Drink at least 5 bottles of water a day.
Limit intake of pasta and bread and when I do eat these I
usually eat wheat pasta and wheat bread

I am getting so frustrated. Any suggestions?
