It is no wonder you are not losing weight. You are putting your body into such stress that it is going into survival mode. You are only eating 1200 calories and working out 5-6 times a week. Your body is under major stress and is now in the starvation mode. Our genes are programmed to conserve calories and energy when we are in a starvation situation and you have placed yours in a state of emergency. Your body will not lose weight under such stress.
I would do this. Get a copy of Flat Stomach Asap by Elllington Darden and follow his program. He has written a ton of books on diet and exercise and he has a PHD in exercise. He is the smartest and least hyped diet and exercise authority in America. You can get his books at the library or online.

Have asked your doctor about your problem? You didn't mention how much weight you want to lose and if you are overweight. It really seems like you are doing a good job watching what you eat and varying your exercises. You might have a medical problem. You see your doctor. See might run some tests or have some helpful tips for your body.

Whether you loose weight depends on how much cereal and sandwiches you eat. How much do you eat now? If you eat significantly less that you eat now, you will loose weight. Usually, when people limit their options as to possible foods, they loose weight because they eat less--food is less interesting when there are only a few things you can eat. Unless you are lactose intolerant, I would suggest eating your honey bunches of oats with skim milk for additional protein and calcium, and taking a multi-vitamin, just to make sure you get enough nutrients. This will not add significant calories to your diet. So, to sum up, if you eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and one for dinner, and nothing else, and keep waking to school and do your light exercise, unless you are really thin already you will loose weight.

ok jen here it goes, you need to drop the pasta, do not diet. this might sound crazy but it's not, when you diet your body goes into starvation mode then your genes tell your body that you need to eat and you get real hungry so when you finaly put some food in your stomach your body automatically tries to store as much calories in the form of fat because the body knows it's not getting much food and not often either that's why it's hard to keep loosing weight after the first few weeks, your body is fighting you, our bodies were not design to loose weight but to put weight on is simple survival genetics we have embeded into our dna, so we can stay alive as long as we can without food, what you need to do is find the right amount of food that keeps your body healthy and running smooth whitout overeating, now you have to do this by eating the right kinds of foods, to boost your metabolism so you will steadily loose weight naturally and ultimatelly be fit loose weight and keep it off without hassle.

If I would tell you on here, You would just chuck it right out of your window, coz this is free advice. Well i paid for learning what i did so i know it works.
I will write what is necessary everyday for weight loss, if you think I speak from conviction do this and no more and I assure you a minimum loss of 3kgs in 4 weeks
Fruits you can eat on a diet
Apple, Guava, Pineapple(moderation), Papaya, Pomegranate, Orange, Lemons.
Vegetables raw
Cabbage, Tomato, Cucumber, Lettuce, Sprouts.
Minimum in a day (Has to be done on a sunday too)
500ml of Skimmed Milk, 3L of water, 30mins of brisk walking
Break Fast
I cup c/flakes or Oats or Wheat flakes in 1 cup skimmed milk
Tea/Coffee with or w.o Milk sweetened with sugar
I fruit
or
3 Slices brown bread with 2 egg whites in an omelette
I cup Skim Milk
Mid Morning
Coffee Tea
Lunch
Salad I bowl, Roasted Chicken(1/4 chicken) or Fish(250gm) or Mixed Vegetables cooked 1 cup , With any 3 slices of whole wheat bread, I portion rice with any lentil.
1 fruit
Evenin
Tea/ Coffee
Late Evenin
Fruit
Dinner
Salad I bowl
3 Slices bread with any lentil soup
