Most people write the melody and then base the chord structure around that.

First ya get an instrument then arrange a melody.
Then if you know someone that can sing they make lyrics to the melody.
Or if you're really good you can do it backwards...:-)

Well you have to have a melody, then you just write..you should go someplace to get inspired!!

with half sleep i imagine that happen in my daylight. and composing in one rythm. gathering with simple melody that will be my new song.

first put up the words & then start constructing the lines u want to fiil up.
