I mean why cant we be aware while we are asleep?are we somewhere else? is there a way to be conscious while asleep?

My mom is totally set on sending me to a sexual education class because she's afraid I'm going to get "in over my head" with my boyfriend. I know I'm smarter then that, and he's a really nice guy and we aren't about to have sex because neither of us are ready for that. I've talked to her about it and I've made it very clear that I don't want to go, but she still thinks it's a good idea. Now, I'm pretty sure I know most of that sort of stuff from like my friends and stuff, but I'm not about to admit that to her. I think I should just go to this class so she backs off about it, but I really don't see the point of her waisting my time and her money on something I don't need. I don't know what to do......

I downloaded an audiobook and it doesn't come with track breaks or separations for each chapter. After burning it to a cd-r (or, I guess during the burn) is there a way to go in and insert or create breaks for each chapter?
