Actually I am working in a BPO and i am searching job for job in IT industry for the past 2 years, because of my experience in the BPO Industry i didn't get job in the IT Industry."Initially I want to support my family so i joined in a BPO Industry". I want to change my career now. What should i do? What is the solution? Some people come and ask me whether it is good to join in the BPO Industry now later i will get jobs in the IT Industry?

I recently had my hair shaved and buzzed from waist length like my favourite actress Natalie Portman (It was so liberating) and donated it to Locks of Love, I had some very bad reactions from people in the street to my new shaved look and some friends have been very critical of me, airing complaints and saying I'd made a mistake!

I am going to be making some big decisions here shortly, and would just like for everyone to pray that I will do God's will not what I want to do. Which I want to do God's will. I have been praying for the past month or so ,about this, and I thik thatGod is calling me to be a missionary, in Africa, or some place like that. I wanted to be a docot, befor I felt this in my heart, and I know that there are medical missionarys , but I don't think that , that is what God wants me to do.Please pray for me that I will seek his will, and not let flesh get in the way.

I have to ask because it's bugging me as to how many people ask/answer questions using shortcuts, like not using vowels or just shortening words. For example:please becomes PLZ.
