My guess would be
a) friction
b) a slight alergic reaction to:
1) latex in condom
2) lube or spermicide

many reasons for that.
1. ur skin is very tender and so constant rubbing for penis makes it irritated and feels like burning
2. if using a condom then must be allergic to latex or if using a lubricant the must me allergic to that.
best is to go to doctor, if u r allergic the only doctor can help u, even if u r not allergic and just tender skin, he can give u a lubricant which suits ur skin.

It's probably because of the friction of the constant motion, but I don't know for sure? I have never experienced burning.

Could be several things--an infection of some sort, a reaction to something in the spermicide or condom, or not enough lubrication.

check with a doctor. is the best answer. Because why take a chance. They can tell you if you have something minor or major. Most likely nothing serious. But when it coems to your health don't take chances.
