It really depends on the hair color. If it's red then lemon juice will turn it orange. If it's brown it will lighten it as does to blonde. Getting red out of your hair is hard. One time i dyed my hair blond and it came out orange and i had to dye it brown to cover it up. It's hard to go from brown to blonde because it's so much darker. Well I think i went into to much detail so I'm gunna shut up now. Peace Out

Well I don't know about lemon juice. I do know you want to find a good hair color that is not damaging to your hair. I recommend findind a good hair colorist, that way you can blame them not you. But if you want to do it urself find a good coloring product. http://www.robertcraig.com/php/index.php?location=haircolor
that may be of help
And its a great idea to get a moisturizing conditioner with patented color protecting ingredients so as to keep your hair healthy. I usually put the conditioner on my color while my hair is dry and then shampoo my hair while the conditioner is directly on the colored hair, esp. the ends of my hair.
Maybe this will help you. Hope your color come out well.

I go to the beach alot and I know that this works. You get your hair wet in the salt water and let it dry in the sun! It works very well! Any hair color, it works!!!

I recommend going to a professional salon and have them color your hair 1 to 2 shades lighter then your current hue. It will look the best that way and then you can decide what to do with it next. :)
