I am a 13 year old girl, and I weigh 120 pounds and I am 5'6. Does anyone have any tips on loosing about 10 pounds in about 1 month? Please..I really need help.

Have you ever awoke, and saw through the disguise of organized religion, yet felt like on the inside you did need an inner renewal of some sort, true inner spiritual renewal, that doesn't try to put God in a church, mosque, or synagogue, or in a book., It's easy to put God in a book, for then we feel like we have a certain amount of control over what he's like, when we should be applying anything about the spiritual and "God' to the inside of us, through a new beginning of our souls, it seems to me, a new paradigm of individual spirituality.

I have already tried system analyzer and bios agent, and niether one of them showed me the bios ID. I have !!Already Tried!! using the "Pause Break" key during the system startup (with quiet boot disabled like it should be when this is supposed to work) and when I press the key the bios ID is not displayed. I have Phoenix bios 4.0 revision 6. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Best answer will be the first person, if any, to provide advice that works.

after my friend(L) took her to the store he masterbated, she found the evidence it was fresh he always tickles the girl and pats her rear end all the time is that a sign? L was molested @ 12 with her step dad. and (L) said that it is simular in her situation. she dosen't know what to do confront him without accusation or what. she dos'nt want it to happen to the girl she is 7. (L) came home and saw it. the girl had panties and (L) shirt on. (L)dos'nt want to leave them alone. but at times she has to. also does he tell her not to say anything, (L) talked to the girl and said not family, friends or anyone else should touch you in the privates. the girl said no one has touched her is this the beginning of trouble or is (L) over reacting because of what her step dad did? how do you know i need the signs. (L) is really worried please help

ok here's the deal:

i REALLY want a flat strong stomach but i dont seem to be getting it. ive been working out for a long time now...maybe 3 weeks and i eat every 3 hours to keep my metabolism up but i still dont see my stomach flat!! y not??!!!

i am 5'4ish and weigh 114 lbs??

do you have any more ideas???
