I know tomato juice doesn't work. Try this:
1 quart 3% hydrogen peroxide
1/3 cup baking soda
1 Tablespoon liquid dish soap
Mix ingredients together. The mixture will fizz and may explode
if kept in a closed container, so use it up each time you mix it
and don't try to save the rest. Use a sponge to apply the
solution. Keep it out of the eyes. Rinse thoroughly
with lots of water.

Best thing to do is call a doctor and ask. Tomato juice works if you soak in a tub of it. By soaking in it, the natural acids in the juice react and nuetralize the chemicals in the musk (skunk spray) This is similair to how deoderant works on stinky sweat. You may have to soak for about a half hour. It might not compleatly rid you of the odor, but it will deffinitly take the edge off of it.

Your local vet should have a product there for removing skunk smell. Tomato juice will take most of the smell out, but you will still smell it faintly for a few days.

"The recipe for the deskunking formula is one quart of three-percent hydrogen peroxide, one quarter-cup of baking soda, and one teaspoon of liquid soap, mixed together shortly before you intend to use it, left on the animal for five to 10 minutes, and then rinsed off with tap water."
A word of warning: Don't store the mixed formula. It gives off oxygen gas that could eventually burst a closed container.
