atheists don't want to hear what God's word says so they try to destroy it, change it, or tear it apart.

Well there are all kinds of political cartoonists out there. Look in any newspaper and your bound to see one. This one was most likely taken from a Christian Newspaper. So they are automatically biased.
But of course it means that the Atheists are trying to rip apart God's word and God's law.
Also the character is a huge well monkey, its also a knock at evolutionists. He's a big and strong, but hasnt yet ripped the book apart.

EVERY Jot and Title will come to pass, the Scripture cannot be Broken. Oh, you can tear a Bible in two, I might be able to too!!! If I wanted, (kinda like the Phone Book thing I studied!!!), if you did, it wouldn't hurt GOD!!!! The Bible is just Ink and Paper, word's on page's, It's the HOLY SPIRIT that EMPOWER's those WORD's, and that's when those Word's come to LIFE!!!! You could copy word for word some of the Bible on paper, send it to somebody, maybe a Foreign Country, and the HOLY SPIRIT could bring them to LIFE for that person.!!! With-out the HOLY SPIRIT, that Book is just Ink and Paper. GOD is trying to get EVERY-BODY SAVED through HIS SON JESUS, and it dosen't really bother HIM much, if people come against HIS WORD (Bible), what BOTHER's HIM is when they keep doing it (not ACCEPT JESUS as their SAVIOUR) and then leave the EARTH for GOOD. They can't go to HEAVEN after that, and that BOTHER's HIM. (actually, it Break's HIS HEART). Hope this help's.

It seems to symbolize what is happening in our society today. Some people are very intolerant to peoples beliefs. We have taken the ten commandments out of the courtrooms, At my last job, I was forbidden to say Merry Christmas or I'd be fired. I had to say Happy Holidays instead, and we seem to be losing alot of the freedoms we once had.

Atheists, in their ignorance, think that they can break the scripture merely by the physical act of tearing it in half. Also, you could replace the waistband label with the name "Satan" instead of "Atheist", because that's who's really behind this!
And, of course, the inscription "ACTION AROUND THE NATION" kind of says it all... that this is what's going on throughout our nation today against Christianity in general.

I think it's silly. I know there are people who feel this way about atheists, but most don't.
If I could have drawn the cartoon, it would depict a defiant but lonely child holding God's word up to heaven, saying, "I want to believe you love me, but nobody can or will prove it!"

i am a christian--im not tryin2 shove my beliefs down anyones throat--im just answerin ur question. since atheists dont believe in God then they cant believe in God's Word. to me this picture is showing that the choice this country is making to take God out of everything is giving those who dont believe in God the power to TRY to destroy everything God stands for. but God's Word says It cant be destroyed. sure u can rip a Bible to shreds, but the Truths It contains will still be true. u cant really ansur this question w/o bein bias. either you believe in God & understand the futility of this cartoon character or you dont.

It's anti-atheist propaganda, similar to that used to discredit Jews during the 2nd World War..Christian Fascism being paraded shamelessly.

it's a bad political cartoon. are they saying that "action around the nation" is an entity, and that it wears a diaper of atheists?
Striving to enforce a separation of church and state and promoting religion-neutral public life is NOT persecution of Christians.

Really, it's an insult to the intelligence of man, as far as I know the atheist are people who like anybody else want to know the truth. They want God more than anybody else.
