What you do if your boss gives you instruction not to do it, but later on he will blame you why you did not do it. He always changes his mind and blame us/me if something wrong happens. He has no trust with us. He always keeps on repeating instructions where in fact it's already a part of our routine job for years. If he tells us something to do, he always follows up if we already did it or not. I lost my confidence to work. I want to resign from my job but I badly need it for my family.

i was thinking about buying a 37" LCD flat screen because prices continue to drop and i love LCD.
i know i can get a larger tv if i buy LCD projection or DLP but i just can't decide.

I am short sighted, but only just over the legal requirement to wear glasses for driving so i don't wear them unless i'm driving, cinema, etc.
I am due an eyetest soon but i have recently noticed that my eyesight is TERRIBLE in the dark. I used to be able to drive the same at night as i do in the day but when i drove back from my mums the other night i actually got out the car to check my lights were clean and ok cos i could hardly see the road ahead of me!!

Also, whilst on holiday we took a trip down the caves (not wearing my glasses) and i could not see a thing! Today, i went outside in the sun, came back in the house and it took ages for my eyes to adjust to the dark again.
Has anyone else ever had this problem? My glasses seem fine so i don't think the problem lies with my strength of glasses, i just think its odd that i've never had a problem with dark/light before.

Please, no silly answers about being blind as a bat, etc, etc!

When i record something in a studio i then mix it and do all that, after i finish i listen to it in the studio speakers and i like it, but then when i go home i listen to it in a normal cd player and i find out that something was wrong so i have to go back and remixit in the studio again.
