What you do if your boss gives you instruction not to do it, but later on he will blame you why you did not do it. He always changes his mind and blame us/me if something wrong happens. He has no trust with us. He always keeps on repeating instructions where in fact it's already a part of our routine job for years. If he tells us something to do, he always follows up if we already did it or not. I lost my confidence to work. I want to resign from my job but I badly need it for my family.

Even the simplest thing to do, like filing, he always checks if done or not. We are doing the same routine for almost 10 years. He is checking several times everyting we do.

It is just ok for a boss repeating instructions EVEN it's already a part of our routine job for years.
HOWEVER, to blame you for the end result of his instruction is UNFAIR.
It has been affecting you emotionally and I see that it is a signal that you should resign because your boss is unreasonable.
SINCE, your family badly need it, find a job first then you can quit.

I think you should give your boss a chance. I mean being a manager is already as stressful as it is and I think he just wants everything to run smoothly. He might also be under the pressure from HIS boss. Sometimes people forget too and he's just reminding you because maybe he forgot as well. See how things go and maybe when he notices that you don't need to be told, then he'll stop reminding you.

Jobs come and go. I'd find another job even it meant working 2 part time jobs. Then I'd call the boss up and tell him I won't be coming back and he can stick this job where the sun don't shine.
