I'm afraid that I won't help you with the definitions other than to say, look them up in a dictionary (which you can find at http://dictionary.reference.com/ ), but for a comprehensive list of emotions, you can go to http://cnvc.org/feelings.htm .

There are different theories of what our basic emotions are. For example, they can be fear, disgust, joy, sadness, surprise, anger. Check out http://www.personalityresearch.org/basicemotions.html
But other than that there might be thousands of nuances. No one can give you a complete list, especially with definitions. It's up to you to do this research.
